Ingredients
- 140g frozen mango chunks
- ½ frozen banana
- a large handful of kale leaves, washed
- 240ml coconut water
Method
- STEP 1
Put the frozen fruit into a blender. Top with the kale and coconut water and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
