Peanut butter, banana and berry smoothie

Ingredients
- 600ml milk or unsweetened almond or oat milk
- 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 medium banana, ripe
- 1 date, stone removed (optional)
- a handful frozen berries
Method
- STEP 1
Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until very smooth. Transfer to a bottle and chill until ready to drink, or serve straight away with a cube of ice, if you like. This will keep in the fridge for two days, shake the bottle gently before serving.
