Blueberries are loaded with brain-, skin- and heart-healthy antioxidants, making them a great fruit to consume regularly. Choose milk for a creamier, less sweet version. Or, if you like your smoothie to be fruitier, use apple juice, though it will raise the sugar content. For an extra-special version, try vanilla yogurt instead of regular, for a taste like blueberry ice cream."
