This vibrant gin adds lavender, cornflowers, orange and rhubarb root to the brand’s original (and excellent) London dry base spirit. Expect juniper, but also a heady floral character and almost bitter, zesty orange that ends in a marmalade-like finish. In hue and taste, it’s not dissimilar to a bitter Italian aperitif, and accordingly, the suggested serve is spritz-style with tonic water. We’d also suggest topping it up with sparkling wine, or using it in a negroni or in place of Campari in an americano.
