- 200g frozen mango chunks
- 5 heaped tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
Method
- STEP 1
Put the frozen mango, coconut yogurt and lime juice in a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle over the lime zest and serve immediately.
